Miss Dougherty of Philadelphia

Photo Details

Photo identified on back in pencil as what appears to be Miss Dougherty (of Phila?). Only the first two words are legible. The photo is 2 1/2" x 3 7/8" and was taken at "Rehn & Sons, New & commodious Ground floor Galleries, 510 Arch Street, Philadelphia. There was a green 3 cent revenue stamp on the reverse. There are several pinholes at each corner showing that this photo was hung up and by its condition, it was obviously carried with love.
