This is my Aunt Mairl Vivien Brownlow Kirk at our wedding in Canyon, Texas, at Joseph A. Hill Chapel on January 8, 1972. She was a beloved family member to all of the family. She married Ross Kirk and had two children. She was born 26 Feb 1908 in Eldorado, Jackson County, Oklahoma, to Edward Isaac Brownlow and Elizabeth Skipper Brownlow. The family was large with 24 children from 2 marriages of Edward Isaac but not all children lived to adulthood. Mairl worked and lived in Lubbock, Texas, and after she was widowed at a young age, she raised her 2 children alone. She died 4 Oct 1992 at her home at 2804 41st, Lubbock, Texas. She is buried in Resthaven Memorial Park, Lubbock, Texas.
