Parents were Philip Edward Noverre (born England 1847) and Mary Ann Papps (born England abt. 1844). Philip Walter Noverre married Annie Fox in 1904, later dying in Belgium in April 1815. Philip's father, Philip Edward Noverre, was also a photographer and brother to John H. Noverre who took this picture. Not a relative and no other info on family.
