This photo of my great Uncle Ray and Tracy Milligan-Bell, daughter of Jay William Milligan and Cherril Dean Myers Milligan. This photo was taken July 4th, 1981 in Grand Lake Colorado. Tracy's Aunt Edna (Ray's wife) had a sister Edith Iowa Edmondson Milligan who was the mother of Jay William Milligan. Tracy was 24 years old in this photo. She now lives in Azle Texas with her husband Timothy Bell.
