Raymond Allen Scouton of Minnesota was born on May 9, 1952 in Duluth, St Louis County to Raymond George Scouton and Roberta Francis Waldron. He had siblings Sherry Rae (Scouton) Peterson and Mark Henry Scouton. He married Kristi Lynn (Smith) Scouton, and had children Kasie Emma (Scouton) White, Mollie Ann Scouton, and Jamison Desjarlais. Raymond Scouton died at age 59 years old on July 14, 2011 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, and was buried in September 2012 at Grimes Cemetary in Chariton, Lucas County, IA.
