Robert Wesley White and sister?

This is a picture of Robert Wesley White, we are guessing him to be about 8 years old here, and one of his sister's possibily Winnie Lou White. The children were born in Mississippi. There were 7 or 8 children, these are some of the younger ones. Their parents were James C. White and Lue Heath.
