Ruth (King) Clark in West Aurora, Illinois, circa 1860: CDV, Wm. Giles Photograph Gallery, West Aurora, ILL, Handwritten on the back is "Ruthie Clark".
She was born Sept 8 , 1784 in Vermont. She married Joseph Clark 1809. She died Oct. 4, 1868 in Kane Co., Illinois. Also written on the back is "Mrs. Nuramore." Perhaps this is the person the photo was given to.
