Public Library, of my 8th Great Grandfather Thomas Carter being ordained the 1st minister (Puritan) in Woburn. Mass. on Nov. 22, 1642. He came here from Hinderclay, England to go to St. Johns at Cambridge University where he earned his BA in 1630 and his Masters in 1633.
