Tuggey Brothers

These children are identified only as "Tuggey Brothers" in an old, recently discovered family album. The album dates from 1868 and the boys are most likey Arthur (b 1864)and Eugene (b 1865), the sons of William Tuggey (b about 1839 in England) and his first wife Eliza Ann Kittle. The family lived n Pittsfield Massachusetts, but at some point moved to California.
