Villere Rachal 1830's to about 1880
Villere Rachal was probably born in the 1830's. Son of Francois Isaac Rachal and Marie Azalie Rachal. He married F. Aurore Frederic 4-22-1873 and their son, Alfred Isaac Rachal was born 9-24-1879. He died before 1887.
