No, Andrew Jackson Hensley is the son of Hickman Hensley and Nancy Silvers from Yancy County, NC. Nancy died when Andrew was a baby. He (Andrew) was brought to GA by his Silvers Grandparents and reared in Gilmer County, GA. He married Mary Ann Head. Andrew had brothers James and Amos. Sisters Sarah and Elizabeth who must have been brought up there in Yancy County.
