A LeDuff Hello! My name is Annette Wecker LeDuff and my husband's name is Jerome James "Jerry" LeDuff.
I have been researching our families about six years now. My husband descends from Louisiana Creoles, maternally and paternally. We've traced his lineage into the 1600s, France.

We are both working on grant projects for the Creole Heritage Center in Natchitoches, La([external link]) as well as continuing work on our personal projects. Jerry and I both have Master of Fine Arts degrees from Cranbrook Academy of Art, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Jerry is doing fine portrait drawings of Creoles and I am writing stories (backed by genealogical research) on Creoles.

We would love to hear from you and receive photos of Creole family members. Jerry's family surnames include: LeDuff, Esnault, Metoyer, Neal, Tyler, Condé, Llorens, Hurst,
LaCour, Bertrand, Meyer, Coton-Mais, St Eloi, Quevin, Rachal, Mitchell, LeComte, Poissot, Dupré, and Belly, Conant, Sarpy, LaBomme, Clifton, DeCuir, L'Admirault, Aguillard, Chelette, D'Arensbourg, Lemelle, Meziere, Mullon, Ricard, Reed, Sylvie, Christophe, Amazon, Porché, Antée, St Armand...there's more. If these names tie to your family, we would love to hear from you. In our project we are including histories of direct and extended relations. No one is excluded! You may contact us through Ancient Faces or directly at [contact link]. Thank you!
