Carla Jean Gotcher of Amarillo, Randall County, Texas was born on July 24, 1953 in Sweetwater, Nolan County to Wilburn Gliden Gotcher and Emma Jean Gotcher. She had siblings Deborah Kay Wisdom, Wayne Gotcher, Elyon Bailey, and Bonita Harris. She married Charles Blackledge, and had children Kacy Renee' Blackledge, Tambra Jean Blackledge, Jason Allen Blackledge, and Clarissa Jo Blackledge. Carla Gotcher died at age 56 years old on October 29, 2009, and was buried on November 7, 2009 in Sweetwater.
