Ellen (Connell) Moulynox was born in 1884 to Rebecca (Bidgood) Connell and William Connell, and had siblings Alice (Connell) Douglas, Rose Green, James Connell, Ada Harris, Isobel Kerr ( Connell, and Evelyn Connell. She married Henry Smith Moulynox, and had children Alice (Moulynox) Abercrombie, William Henry " Harry" Moulynox, and Arthur Herbert Moulynox. Ellen Moulynox died at age 63 years old on March 29, 1948 in Prince Henry's Hospital, Melbourne, VIC Australia, and was buried at Fawkner Memorial Park 1187 Sydney Rd, in Fawkner, Moreland City County.

The Geelong Advertiser. 6 February 1920. ADULTERY AND DESERTION. Farmer's Wife's Story. MELBOURNE Feb. 5. On the grounds of adultery and desertion, Ellen Moulynoux, 44, of Edward Street, East Brunswick, sought a divorce from Henry Moulynoux, 46, farmer, before Mr. Justice Mann to-day. Petitioner in her affidavit stated that she married respondent at Mornington in 1900. She had not been supplied with money since 1924. After their marriage they lived in Melbourne, Red Hill, Pakenham and Bundooora. Respondent went to the war in 1916, and on his return took a soldiers block of land at Melton Park.
