Gena Renay Dorris-Olvera-Steelman, 47, of Camden, AR, passed away February 23, 2014 at the Ouachita County Medical Center. She was born June 02, 1966 in Camden, AR. Gena was a Catholic. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jose Carmelo Olvera; her parents, Bill Dorris and Nina Lou Thompson Dorris; and her grandson, Andrew Wayne Steelman. Gena is survived by her second husband, Wayne A. "Butch" Steelman; her sons, Jose Olvera and Marcos Olvera; her daughters, Amelia Gallardo of Camden, AR and Yolanda Michelle Olvera of Lexington, TN; her stepsons: Scott Steelman and Waylon Hodges both of Camden, AR and James Edward Steelman of Monroe, LA; her brothers: Johnny Dorris of Camden, AR, Bobby Dorris of Piedmont, MO, Billy Dorris of Camden, AR and Rick Rector Calion, AR; her grandchildren: Carlos Alberto Machado and Analei Grace Machado both of Lexington, TN and Gavin Steelman of Monroe, LA; her nieces, Magen Olds of Texas and Shelby Grace of Georgia; her brothers-in-law: Luis Olvera, Salvado Olvera and Antonio Olvera all of Camden, AR; her mother-in-law, Maria Inez Terrazas of Mexico; and her father-in-law, Jose Olvera Tapia of Mexico. The funeral services will be held at Proctor Funeral Home with Pastor Eddie Dorris officiating. The burial services will be in Calaway Cemetery near Hampton, AR. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
