Karen Lynn Toohey

Karen Lynn (Concepcion Tignall) Toohey was born on August 4, 1968 in Hyattsville, Prince George's County, Maryland United States to Thomas Joseph Concepcion and Margaret Julia Concepcion, and has siblings Phillip Martin Concepcion, Lorraine Margaret Concepcion, Jennifer Anne Concepcion, and Gregory Tomas Concepcion. She married Gerald Eugene Tignall Jr. circa 1989 in Baltimore, Baltimore County, MD and they later divorced circa 2000 in Baltimore. They had children Kevin Gerald Tignall and Luke Timothy Tignall. She also married David Brian Toohey circa 2001 in Baltimore, Baltimore County.
