Ward Lee Bush was born circa March 24, 1919 in Grantsburg, Johnson County, Illinois United States to Arthur Columbus Bush and Lora Frances (Simmons) Bush, and had siblings Gathel Josephine (Bush) Tewart, Theda Lou (Bush), Wayne Authur Bush, Jessie Marie Bush, Gusta Lorriane Bush, and Catherine Louisa Bush. He was in a relationship with Wilma Larue "Polly" (Schrecengost) Bush, and had children Patricia Lee Bush, Gail Turner, Gloria Jean Walker, and Arthur Ward Bush. Ward Bush died at age 81 years old circa April 23, 2000 in Kittanning, Armstrong County, PA, and was buried circa 2000 at Lawn Haven Burial Estates 1290 Butler Road, in Worthington.
