I am writing this as a friend of Vicky. When I looked around online, there was no other obituary mention. I thought to myself that there should be lots of them, because she touched the lives and warmed the hearts of many. Vicky was exceptional. Caring, Giving, Upbeat, Funny, Warm, Lovely, Witty, Patient, Understanding, Adventurous, Nonjudgmental, Vibrant...some of her timeless attributes. Vicky passed away early in life, but cherished her time with a zest for living. She made a difference. The world is a little less bright without her.

9 Memories, Stories & Photos about Victoria

Regarding Vicky being attracted to men with flash, money & power, I have to laugh. She dated the elevator operator in our building on Park Ave. South & 28th ST, for a while. I think his name was Paul. Also a guy named Vinny, in her real estate office. Both prior to 1985. None of them met the labeling above.

Too funny! My grammar was a little off, when I posted in 2016. I remember that Vicky was big into "astrology" (not astronomy). She read her daily horoscope, back when newspapers were a key source for information! Haha! We had no smart phones or Internet, but somehow managed to survive. :)

My bad. Vicky worked on "Park Ave. South" & 28th ST, from 1984 to 1986...not Central Park South. Speaking of this location, we used to love running down the block for lunch. There's a restaurant called Mesa de Espana (45 E. 28th ST), that serves great seafood paella & house sangria. She loved to order it for us. How the waiters smiled when she entered the front door, and lit up the room! She was electrifying! Really miss her!

I dont know any of the people that knew vicky for most of [external link] name is dominick polizzi nickname, donny, and i knew vicky back in 1975 when she would come upstate for the summer with her parents to marlboro whe i lived.i fell in love with her at a glance! I had to meet her and so one day when she was sitting out in what was called the play house.just a gathering spot for all the guys to hang out where she was staying for the summer.anyway i got up the nerve to stop there and.say hello, the rest as they sY is history. We did everything together that summer . Movies, bowling lake miawaska and so many other things.i was madly in love with her. One day we went horse back riding and the guide was a real assholeand vicky was afraid of horses so i said fine lets get out of here but the guide pressured vicky and she said what the heck ill give it a try.well this idiot made all the horses go into a run and vickey fell off.she broke her back and had to be rushed to the hospital.they put here in a full body cast and said she would have to remain in it for at leSt a year.i felt so guilty and responsible for the whole thing i visited her every day and brought her stuffed animals and flowers.i wS there every day until her parents transferred her to a hospital in brooklyn.i went to visit her whenever i could until a year later when the cast came off and she could finally walk again.we dated for a while and than agreed the miles betweenwhere we each lived was to far and thT we would cool it off for a while until we noth graduTed from high school
We kept in touch for a while and eventually stoped completely..i graduated the same uear she did nut we just lost contact

Also.my condolences to her husband and son. She was a special and wonderful person. I know you must miss her every day
Sometime around 1985, met in VIP room at pastels after not seeing her for years, knowing her as Johnny m's girl
She was impressed by all the attention I received at pastels and hung on me all nite. Took her to eat, Went to her place, was a gentleman as I always am, called her twice later in the week, no answer, see her next week at pastels and I ignore her and let her see me makin out with Kelly grosso, Vicky gets pissed and decides to tell Johnny m that I said what a total jerk and bullshitter he was/still is and I did and he is...... I never knew she married " Bobby Blond" , never would even have looked at her if I knew she had anything to do with a stand up guy like Bobby. I thought she still fell for fakes likes Johnny m. I know she was attracted to men with flash, money n power.... Men like Bobby and I exuded that to the max and could back it up, not like other big time fakes like Johnny m, sorry to hear she s gone, she was a pleasant woman. I am Andrew A.

I remember that Vicky was big into astronomy. She was a Taurus, and really believed in the signs of the Zodiac, and its' related horoscopes. Good thing that I'm a Capricorn, I guess.

I pulled this off a popular Zodiac site (), although I'm more of a realist...

First things first, few key astrological facts that arise from this birthday and its linked horoscope sign:
The connected zodiac sign with April 22, 1958 is Taurus. The period of this sign is between April 20 - May 20.
Taurus is symbolized by Bull.
As numerology suggests the life path number for people born on 4/22/1958 is 4.
The polarity of this astrological sign is negative and its perceptible characteristics are self-supporting and reflective, while it is generally called a feminine sign.
The element for Taurus is the Earth. The main three characteristics of people born under this element are:

working diligently to develop the intellectual virtues of integrity
comprehensively grasping patterns,structures and principles
consciously and methodically creating own happiness

The associated modality for this astrological sign is Fixed. In general an individual born under this modality is characterized by:

prefers clear paths, rules and procedures
dislikes almost every change
has a great willpower

There is a high love compatibility between Taurus and:

Pisces
Capricorn
Virgo
Cancer

Also worth sharing is that Vicky was adopted by Mr. & Mrs. Forcino. I recall her saying that she was of Welsh ancestry. That said, IMO, Italian is better. ;-) Vicky told me that she had a younger Forcino brother (don't recall his first name). I remember this much though, she would smile when thinking of him.

I first met Vicky in Spring of 1985 (in Manhattan). She worked at a real estate office (Sweet & Levine) on Central Park South & 28th ST. I bumped into her a few times at a coffee cart. Back then, I worked as an accountant, across the hallway from her. After chatting for a few weeks, I finally invited her to lunch nearby. What came from that was a great friendship, and endless amount of laughter together. I remember how we ran around Manhattan over the next year, enjoying so much of what the city had to offer...restaurants, clubs, bars, parks, stores, people watching, scenic views, you name it. Good times! Moving the clock forward, Vicky got married in August 1986, and had a son the following year. We last spoke by phone in Summer 1991, where she was loving family life/motherhood, and still finding time to enjoy the sun, sand, & surf at local beaches...and maybe an occasional wine cooler ;-). Sadly, Vicky passed away in November 2005. She was such a warm and wonderful lady. I guess this is the best that I can do to acknowledge how special she was to me and those around her. Nick Sharpe
