There are many Groningers in Central Indiana. There's even a small cemetery called the PARKS-GRONINGER cemetery. I have many relatives that are buried there and in the rockfield IOOF cemetery. I am related to the Groninger family through my great-grandmother.

My Grandfather resided in Suring Wisconsin, retiring to Melbourne Florida. He never lived in Indiana. Walter Emil Groninger. My dad is his son Walter David (now Mike) Groninger. Dad was born in Suring Wisconsin. Grandpa may have lived in Indiana but unlikely. I am Karen Groninger, daughter.
