Theresa A (Ships) Kubisiak, John's loving wife, passed away September 21st, 2021.
December 15th 1933-September 21st, 2021. At the age of 87.
She was survived by: Her step daughter Denise Yockman (Kubisiak), Grandson Brian Yockman Jr., Granddaughter Kelly Yockman, Grandson Colton Kubisiak, One Great Granddaughter Jaqueline Kubisiak. Sister in law, Anita Usmiani & Cousins Elaine Schroeder & Delores. Many Friends In Vermont, Florida & especially New Jersey.
Predeceased by: John R Kubisiak (step son) & Robert A Kubisiak (step son), Bernard Kubisiak (Brother in law), John Usmiani (Brother in law) & Nellie Kubisiak (Sister in law). Her love & Memory will live on through her grandchildren & Great Granddaughter whom cherish her amazing spirit always.
