3 Memories, Stories & Photos about Leonard

My dad was a wonderful man. He was a great father. Never knew a stranger, and had countless friends. Friendly, hard worker. Dad loved to fish, bowl, cook and fix things. Dad was a loving and would give anyone the shirt off of his back if needed. He always worked overtime to save for a family vacation each year. Dad and Mom, and all seven of us kids crammed into the car. We all fought for a window. When we argued, Dad would pull off at the nearest exit, and give us an idle thread of turning the car around to return home. In the end, we took turns having a window. We always knew if we pushed Dad too far if his Italian accent got a bit too thick, especially if he began using his hands and cursing in Italian. I loved my dad and always will.
