my father Jack was a loved and well respected man in his community. I miss him greatly to this day but he is now at one with his wife and my mother Eileen Murray.

Jack was Roman Catholic and impressed this on his children as well sending them to private school including St. Matthews (Gressle) in Norwood as well as Purcell-Marian High School which both followed the Roman Catholic philosophy and teachings.

Jack was a career firefighter for the City of Norwood retiring a Lieutenant on the force in 1989.

Active member of the Knights of Columbus as well as the local Eagles Chapter. Very much involved with his oving wife Elieen (Lena) following retirement and kept in great spirits until the end.
