    David was a native of Wichita Falls Texas and went to Rider Hight School graduating in 1966. He attended Midwestern University and received his business degree. Thereupon, he moved to Dallas and studied religion at SMU. He later became involved in furniture and design and later opened his own showrooms in Dallas and Houston. David was one of the finest individuals you would ever know. Honest, trustworthy, supportive and capable of doing anything he set his mind to do. I grew up with David attending Rider and Midwestern. I was his lifelong friend. He was closer than a brother to me. David was raised by his grandmother and put himself through Midwestern working as many as three jobs at once.
