My dad was highly interested in World History and American Politics. He enjoyed serving in West Germany and developed many relationships with German nationals. He could spend hours discussing international politics and its impact on World Affairs. He was an outstanding supporter of Senator Carl Hayden. Senator Carl Hayden had written letters of recommendation for my father.
