My brother “Butch” aka Arthur Tiber, was a man of great courage, integrity and fierce loyalty. He loved the military and joined the Army when he was 15 years old and happily remained a “lifer.” He was a quiet, deep thinking man with remarkable intelligence and enormous curiosity. I miss him terribly.
