Frank Vincent Lumbert was born 11/05/1927 in Wyoming, the second child of Mary Rolih and Frank Lumbert, and brother to two sisters, Mary and Gloria. They grew up in the triangle of Diamondville, Frontier, and Kemmerer, Wyoming, and after serving in the U. S. Navy, Frank graduated from Wyoming University in Civil Engineering. He migrated to California where he worked for Los Angeles County Flood Control District until his retirement. There he met Jo Macdonald and they married in 1956, and between 1957 and 1962, four children (Kerri, Jaimi, Traci, and Scott) were born to this union while they lived in Alhambra, California. They divorced in 1973, and he later married Gloria Moreno in November, 1974, and moved to Sepulveda/North Hills, California, where he lived until his death on April 20, 1988. He was predeceased by his stepson, Michael; and he leaves his spouse, Gloria, his four children, and many friends.
