David H. Butler 1944 - 2004

David H Butler of Carrollton, Dallas County, TX was born on February 3, 1944. He married Terri L. (Vigneault) Butler on April 8, 1989 in Tarrant County, TX and they later separated on April 1, 1992. He would also marry Beth D. (Street) Butler on May 28, 1993 in Tarrant County. David Butler died at age 60 years old on May 10, 2004, and was buried at Dallas - Ft. Worth National Cemetery Section 25 Site 847 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, in Dallas, Tx.
