Loving sister of William U. Black. Jr.. of Oldsmar. Florida, Louise Reida of Harper, Kansas, Irene Hoopert of Dundalk, Maryland, Ernest A. Black of Owings Mills, Maryland and the late Vivian Frisby of Appleton, Wisconsin. Devoted grandmother of Brian, Taryn and Kacey Blonder Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, October 30th. at 1 P.M. at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, 10911 Reisterstown road at Pleasant Hill road, Owings Mills. In lieu of flowers those desiring may contribute to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements by the Bradley-Ashton Funeral Home Inc..
