She married William Owen Stacey in 1876, and had children Charles William Theodore Stacey, Ada May Stacey, Alfred Henry Stacey, William Clifton Stacey, and Ella Vincent (Stacey) Symons. Eliza Stacey died at age 54 years old on June 25, 1904 in Collingwood, City of Yarra County, VIC Australia, and was buried at Melbourne General Cemetery College Cres, in Parkville, City of Melbourne County.
