She also married José “Pepe” Caro Rodríguez, and they had children Erika Caro Ramírez and Raquel Caro Ramírez. Eloisa Almansa died at age 58 years old on March 17, 2016.

Eloisa Ramírez Almansa, daughter of Angél Ramírez Martín and Eustacia Almansa, died on March 17, 2016 from cancer in the brain. Eloisa was survived by her brother Angel Ramírez Almansa, and Eloisa’ two daughters, Erika Caro Ramírez & Raquel Caro Ramírez. Eloisa’s husband, José Caro Rodríguez predeceased her. She also had numerous cousins. Eloisa, was creamated in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Her ashes were released in Chipiona, Andalucía, Spain, the city in which lived since early childhood. The location of rewalease was by the city lighthouse called the Faro de Chipiona, the same location Eloisa had released her husband José Caro Rodríguez’s creamains several years earlier. Eloisa loved her family and her many, many friends. She enjoyed the arts, fashion, and her beloved village of Chipiona. Eloisa was born in Sevilla, Andalucía, Spain. on July 31, 1957.

In 1957, in the year that Eloisa Ramírez Almansa was born, on September 24th, the "Little Rock Nine" (nine African-American students) entered Little Rock High School. Arkansas Gov. Orval Faubus had previously prevented the students from entering the school at the beginning of the term with the Arkansas National Guard - they blocked the door. President Eisenhower ordered federal troops - the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army - to guard the students and allow them entry.
