Harry Winfred Armstrong of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California United States was born on November 23, 1910 in IL. He was married to Helen Lucille Dawson, and had children Jerry William Armstrong, Jack Albert Armstrong, and Robert Mitchell Armstrong.
