I always visited Grandma Ruh everyday, I would go upstairs just to see what she would be up to, hours seemed like minutes. She would tell me stories of when she grew up, what was there before a building was put up.
She got me started on crafts, when she moved she gave my mom and I most of her craft supplies it was like christmas! I still have some of it, you can only use so much plus when you are working hobbies get put aside for later.
The best part was that she had goodies waiting for me when I arrived. One day she made potato pancakes from scratch! They were the best I have ever eaten.
