Mabel Florence (Medley) Widiger was born on September 20, 1897 to Marcus Tullius Cicero Olmen Medley and Anna Eliza Medley (Née Harris), and had siblings Nellie Ann Minnich (Née Medley) and Gertrude Chloe Medley. She married D. E. Widiger. She would also marry John A. "Johnny" Thayer, and they had children Roxy Gertrude Coble-Burdette-Fudge (Née Thayer), Helen Florence Biellier (Née Thayer), Roxanne M. Marlin-Brown-Frey (Née Thayer), Roscoe Crockett Thayer, and Roy Ronald Thayer. Mabel Widiger died at age 71 years old on June 19, 1969 in Republic, Greene County, Missouri United States.
