Margaret Faye Elliott (Morey) was my grandmother. There are a lot of memories. One of my favorite memories is when I stayed at grandma's I slept on a feathered mattress. The bedroom was very cold so grandma would heat up an old flat iron and wrap it up with a towel and put it a the foot of the bed. It was so warm and cozy. But in the morning the water glass on the nightstand would be froze.
