She married Francis O'Brien, and had children Helen Frances Obrien, Michael Ignatius O'Brien, William Francis Obrien, John Joseph Obrien, Francis Edward Obrien, Bernard Obrien, Mary Alma Obrien, Patrick Aloysius Obrien, Margaret Veronica Obrien, Thomas Vincent Obrien, and Maurice Frank Obrien. Mary Obrien died at age 79 years old in June 1941 in Geelong.
