Robert S Stafford of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas was born on March 13, 1919. He married Rachel A. (Tate) Stafford on March 14, 1975 in El paso County, TX and they later separated on July 30, 1975. He also married Mary M. (Gookins) Stafford on March 27, 1977 in El paso County. Robert Stafford died at age 68 years old on July 13, 1987, and was buried at Ft.
