Produced from 1908 through 1927, it first sold for $850 - which made it affordable for every middle class family. 1965 - Savanna was 61 years old when the television show "I Spy" premiered in the fall season on NBC. The stars were Bill Cosby and Robert Culp, making Cosby the first African American to headline a television show. Four stations - in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama - refused to air the show.

1977 - In the year of Savanna Warner's passing, on January 21st, President Carter pardoned "draft dodgers" - men who avoided the draft during the Vietnam War.
