We worked together. She was like a grandmother to me. I think she was lonely, but happy. She watched over me and invited me to her apartment for dinner. Once we went somewhere fancy for dinner, and she mistook "house wine" for "a glass of wine on da house.". She had a heavy German accent. She would say, " You hit da nail right on da ear". I loved her. I think she was married for only a short time, her husband died early. She always talked about Stevens Point. I don't remember how she got to MPLS.
