John Distin Varley 1857 - 1940

John Distin Varley of Collingwood, City of Yarra County, VIC Australia was born on June 25, 1857 in Talbot, Central Goldfields Shire County to Nugent Augustus Fleetwood Varley and Louisa Rose Distin Varley. He had siblings Helena Louisa Varley, Reginald Varley, Violet Amelia (Varley) Tapley, Walter John Fleetwood Varley, and Edith Amy Fleetwood (Varley) Dyson. He married Jane Bunnett Varley in 1880, and had children Alice Louisa Varley, Andrew Distin Varley, Ernest John Varley, Violet Fleetwood Varley Routley, Ivy Victoria Varley Standing, Lydia Varley, and Albert Edward Varley. John Varley died at age 83 years old on August 6, 1940 in Collingwood, City of Yarra County.
