Introduction

Zachary is my maternal grandfather. His parents came from Friesland, The Netherlands. Zachary's father was John Sherda (Jan Sjaarda). His mother was Tryntje (Catherine) Land. I am able to trace both families quite far back (Sjaarda to the 1500's)
