Charles Burgess
Charles Earl Burgess lost both parents at a young age and stayed with his older brother and his family until he reached maturity. He was drafted into WWI and served as an aviator for the Army from 1917-1919. When he returned he worked as a stunt flyer or "wing-walker" primarily in TN and MS. After he retired from flying he took up clock repair as the photo shows. From the newspaper The Clarion-Ledger
