Charles Eugene Steed of DeKalb County, Georgia United States was born on October 20, 1928 in Atlanta, Fulton County to Loubert Sylvester Steed and Lelia Clastell (Croker) Steed. He had a sister Norma Sybil (Steed) Strickland. He married Betty (Wilcox) Steed, and they were married until Charles' death on September 5, 1983. He had children Charles Edward Steed and Craig Eugene Steed. Charles Steed was buried in September 1983 at Prays Mill Baptist Church 4979 Georgia 5, in Douglasville.
