Elizabeth was married 1941 to Howard Ernst Lamborn, Tulsa, Tulsa CO, Oklahoma. They issued one child, now deceased.
She and older sister Louise lived together as young women in Oklahoma City for a few years before Louise moved to Atlanta, Georgia to continue her education. It was in Oklahoma City as a dental assistant where Elizabeth met her future husband Howard Lamborn at a dental convention. Elizabeth moved back to Tulsa where she married Howard and they issued their child. Howard became ill and was institutionalized for the remainder of his life. Their child died in 1974 and Elizabeth suffered a severe stroke during May 1985. She never fully recovered and was taken to a nursing home in Dallas, Texas where a nephew & wife cared for her.
Elizabeth was a beautiful lady, enjoyed entertaining friends and family, was a very successful socialite in Tulsa, and was well-loved by all who knew her. She was an excellent seamstress, and was a tremendous blessing in my life, always there for me, and we enjoyed many wonderful fun events, activities and travels together.
