Harry Bracer-Natal was born on July 14, 1936 at Dr Pila Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico United States to Israel Bracer-Montalvo and Asuncion Natal-Torres, and had a brother William Bracer-Natal. Harry was baptized in Ponce, Canas County, Ponce Puerto Rico. He was in a relationship with Aurea Negron-Collazo beginning June 25, 1960 in Ponce, Canas County, and they were together until Harry's death on December 18, 2014 in Ponce. He had a child David A Bracer-Negron. Harry Bracer-Natal was buried at La Piedad Cemetery PR-501, in Ponce, Magueyes County.
