nothing else.
They were the daughters of Cary Allen Yandell born Jan. 1869 in Scott Co., Ark d:Nov. 9, 1906 he married Vicey Ann Brothers on Oct. 14, 1888 she was b:
Dec. 1872. They 2 of 7 children. Hattie was b:1903 and married W. C. Cheek
Oct 6, 1923 also in Scott Co., Ark and Myrtle was b:1905 and married Pete White Dec 23, 1923 also in Scott Co., Ark. Cary was the son of William Monroe Yandle who was the son of William Yandell and Milly Heffington and William was the son of Samuel Yandle who married Elizabeth Barnett and Samuel was the son of William Yandell. There were 5 Yandell/Yandel/Yandle brothers who migrated down to the Mecklenburg County, NC area from Pennsylvania and then spread out from there. There was also almost positively another brother Joseph who left Pennsylvania and moved to New York. There is a good chance but no concret proof that the parents of these men were Henry Yeandall who first married Agnes Mears and they had almost for certain Andrew, James, William and Samuel and then Henry married 2nd Susannah Hunt and they had Samuel Yandle (my 3rd great-grandfather) and Joseph.
