Hazel May Owens

Hazel May Owens was born on February 17, 1937 to Leonard "Pug" Lawrence Owens and Nellie May Ruggles, and had siblings Donna Joyce Owens, LLoyd Leroy Owens, Edna Irene Owens, Lois Iolene Owens, Lewis Buerl Owens, Elva Lee (Lavonne) Owens, and Roberta Kay Owens. She married William Andrew Brooks on December 12, 1958, and they were married until William's death on October 3, 1999. Hazel Owens died at age 78 years old on January 30, 2016.
