He was the parent of Lula Lucretcia Miller. He was the parent of John Clinton Miller, James William Miller, Dr. Edward Clarence Miller, Esther Miller, and Jacob Almorine Miller. Jacob Miller died at age 66 years old on March 5, 1921 at His daughter's house. in Whitewright, Grayson County, TX, and was buried in 1921 at Cannon Cemetery in Van Alstyne.
