Joyce Yvonne (Buelow) Kiley was born on May 16, 1928 in New London, Waupaca County, Wisconsin United States to Ralph Buelow and Genevieve Suprise Buelow, and had siblings Charles Leonard Buelow and Marlene Buelow Jorgenson. She married Edwin C. Beyer Jr. and they later divorced. They had children Darla (Beyer) Menucci and Jeffrey Lee Beyer Sr.. She married Jim Kiley on June 13, 1981, and they were married until Joyce's death on May 31, 1988.
