June Gorbas

08/01/2023: I am Thomas G. Gorbas (DOB 1946). Myself and my brother Kenneth F. Gorbas are the sons of June and John Gorbas. My brother Kenneth passed away at 78 years old (DOB 1945) on Valentines Day February 14, 2023. There are three (2-malses, 1-female) Gorbas cousins from Hank and Hellen Gorbas. I do not know much, except one male (Bobby) passed away in a house fire. The other male Paul is still alive, but I do not recall his sister's name. I do have a son named Anthony (DOB 1919). My father John left the family when I was only 2-years old and never came back. He remarried and had a son named John. Growing up, I was told by different foamily members that the name Gorbas was not the real family name. When ancestors came to USA their name was Gorbcz. Pronounce Gorbic with an accent. I was told the family came from Poland or near Russia. This is all I know.
