Born Rebecca Michelle Decker to Russell Lawrence Decker and Marina Lee Decker. They divorced within a couple years of my birth. I have no memories of Russell or that side of the family. I would like to find out if Russell is still living, and if I have any siblings. I’m grown, successful and want nothing from them but to get acquainted and be on friendly terms. My kids are all grown and I have grandchildren.
My step dad was Frank A Barela. Was raised by him, found out he wasn’t birth father when I went to join the Navy. Had to have a copy of my birth certificate for that. Have been looking for Russell L Decker, son of Bruce and Mary Decker of California since 1999, with no luck.
